We have a private fenced in lot for towing storage. If you are a towing company and would like to start using our lot for your towing, please give us a call today. We'd greatly appreciate it.

PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS

Please contact us by text or email when you plan to pick your vehicle up.

Proof of ownership will be requested. An invoice of full amount will be sent and have to be paid. Once it's paid your vehicle will be ready for pickup in 1 hour. Please bring your driver's license upon arrival.

If your insurance is responsible for paying your impound fee, they will have to contact us and pay before your vehicle can be released. If they are mailing a check, make sure they send per day amount from shipping days.

DO NOT POP UP EXPECTING TO GET YOUR VEHICLE RIGHT THEN. CONTACT US 1 HOUR AHEAD OF TIME TO TAKE CARE OF BALANCE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF YOUR VEHICLE. IF IT'S NOT PICKED UP WITHIN THE PROPER TIME FRAME OF DAYS, A LIEN WILL BE PLACED.
